Deep red with purple hues this wine displays good intensity of dark berry fruit aromas interwoven with succulent plums and black cherry. The palate is full and opulent with luscious flavours following the initial impression of plums and black cherry with a hint of chocolate. The finish is soft, mouth filling and long.

Vinification Details
The grapes for this wine were harvested at night to ensure that they were as cool as possible, in order to retain the maximum amount of aroma and flavour. The grapes are pressed off the skins when optimum flavour and colour levels were achieved. The wine is stored in seasoned oak barrels until assemblage and has had minimal handling prior to filtration and bottling.
