Boil - From Ambient. So easy to cook! Simmer in boiling water for 12 minutes! 2 portions: 1 Boil 1 litre of slightly salted water in a medium saucepan. 2 Add 1/2 pack (125g) Pearl Couscous and simmer for 11-12 minutes. 3 Drain excess water and use hot, or allow to cool and use warm or cold* *refrigerate and use within 3 days.
Simple recipe ideas... Salmon on a bed of Pesto Couscous Chill, add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, olives and Feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice for a tasty Greek Salad.
Avocado, Olives, Cheese & Peppers Stir in pasta sauces or pastes to just cooked Couscous for a quick and tasty dish.
Cucumber, Feta & a Mint and Parsley dressing Add cooked Couscous to your favourite stir fry for a more filling dish.
