Brewed with traditional British malts, Gem is a bittersweet and well-balanced beer that sees the malty character from the Maris Otter barley really shine through. It's brewed with all British hops, including Goldings from Kent, which adds a subtle, aromatic spice. The perfect match for barbecued meats, steak pies or strong cheese.
We wanted to make an ale that feels as familiar as walking into your favourite country pub. Using traditional British malts, we balanced the soft fruits and bittersweet caramel with a soft, smooth bitterness – creating a delicious amber ale, that impresses sip after sip.
