History

Beefsteak Wine Club has been created with steak and wine lovers in mind and honours the dining clubs of the 18th and 19th century, which celebrated the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity. Today we celebrate the best that Argentina has to offer, great steak and outstanding Malbec.

How To Prepare
How to cook: Pan fry or grill and finish in the oven
Season: Sea salt
Butter: Garlic and parsley butter
Trimmings: Chunky chips and green salad

Butter Recipe: Soften 100g unsalted butter and mix with 2tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley and a clove of crushed garlic. Transfer the mixture to a sheet of cling film and roll into a sausage, twisting the ends. Chill in the fridge until firm then slice into circles

Tip: Experiment with extra herbs such as basil, thyme or oregano to create your own signature butter
