History

In 1973, a group of friends united by their love of gastronomy had a mission to create great wines to complement their culinary creations. The result was Bodegas Beronia. Almost five decades since we began, our award-winning, pioneering wines are enjoyed amongst friends around the world.

Regional Information

We are privileged to be part of the winemaking history of the iconic regions, La Rioja and Rueda, and recognise the importance of shaping their sustainable futures. Our wineries have been holistically designed down to every last detail, ensuring that they leave the lightest possible footprints on their environments.

Vinification Details

After the careful harvest of our very best grapes, our Reserva begins its fermentation. This is a slow and controlled process, enabling all the colour and aroma from the grapes to be extracted. Over eighteen months in mixed French and American oak barrels, the wine gradually develops its trademark smoothness and complexity, furthered by spending eighteen months in bottle prior to release.
