Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. These fillets can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. To defrost, leave at room temperature for 4-5 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging, pierce a hole in each individual vacuum pack. Place on a microwavable plate & cook on full power for 4mins (1000w) 4 1/2 mins (800w) 5 mins (700w) from frozen until the fillets are cooked throughout. Allow to stand for 1 minute. If defrosted, reduce the cooking time to 90 seconds per portion.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove all packaging, loosely wrap the fillet in lightly oiled foil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C / 375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 35-40 min (15-20min if defrosted).; Poach - From Frozen. Remove outer bag & from frozen while still in its pouch place in a pan & cover with cold water. Bring to the boil & simmer gently for 15 mins (10 min if defrosted).
