To protect the valuable enzymes, aroma and full fruity flavour, our vinegar is not heat treated or pasteurised. As it's pure and unfiltered, it can result in cloudiness or sediments: this does not affect its quality. (5% acidity).

Preparation and Usage
Any natural cloudiness or sediment does not affect the quality of this product. For an invigorating tonic, mix 2-3 tablespoons of Biona Cider Vinegar with agave syrup in a glass of water.
