Biona Organic Tahini is made using hulled sesame seeds for an extra smooth texture. Since we do not use palm fat or emulsifiers, the seed oil may separate - this does not affect the quality - simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency.

Preparation and Usage
Use Biona tahini as a bread spread or in sauces and dressings. As we do not use additives such as hardened fats or emulsifiers, the oil may separate - this does not affect the quality - simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency.

Not suitable for Peanut and other Nuts allergy sufferers due to manufacturing methods.
Additional Information: Biona quality - just before milling our nuts are freshly roasted in small batches. We never use palm fat or emulsifiers, so the nut oil may separate. This does not affect the quality, simply mix in for a creamy consistency.
