Air Fry - From Frozen. 180°C, 14-16 mins
- Pre-heat to 180°C for 3 1/2 minutes.
- Place product in basket (max. 2 Cod Fillets) and place in the air fryer.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

- Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.; Oven cook - From Frozen. To Prepare

220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
