Our Aromatic Katsu Stir Fry Sauce is made with soy sauce, ginger and fried onion.
Ready in few simple and quick steps!
1. Get you Wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
2. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add the vegetable of your choice.
3. After 1 minute, pour in the stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute.
4. Toss in cooked Blue Dragon noodles, or serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

1 tbsp vegetable oil
Blue Dragon Aromatic Katsu Stir Fry Sauce
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 carrot, diced
1 onion, sliced
A handful of mushrooms, sliced
A handful of babycorn
Heat: Get your wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
Sizzle: Stir fry your chicken strips for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add your vegetables.
Stir: After 2 minutes, pour in stir fry sauce and fry until the meat is cooked.
Enjoy: Serve with steamed rice or Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles.
