Shopping list - just:
2 chicken breasts,
50g baby corn,
50g mange tout,
200g rice,
1 egg.
Recipe suggestion:
Sweet Chilli Chicken with Egg Fried Rice
Serves 2
Method:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and add sliced strips of chicken, stir fry for 2 minutes then add strips of corn and mange tout.
2. Add this sachet of sauce and leave to simmer for 1 minute.
3. In another wok or frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the egg, stir slightly and add the cooked rice and for an authentic taste 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes and serve with the chicken stir fry.
This sauce also works really well as a dip for Chinese appetisers such as sesame toast.

Serves 2 1 tbsp vegetable oil Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce 400g chicken breast, sliced 2-3 springs onions, sliced A handful of baby corn A handful of mangetout Blue Dragon Noodles
Heat: Get your work really hot, then add a splash of oil. Sizzle: Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add your vegetables. Stir: After 1 minute, pour in stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute. Enjoy: Toss in cooked Blue Dragon Noodles, or serve with steamed rice.
