To transport you there, we've combined chargrilled chickpeas, black turtle beans, carrot and butternut squash with a fragrant Panang sauce and added a fresh crunch of Tenderstem® broccoli. Instructions

Cooking Instructions - General. Cooked to perfection
Always ensure your food is piping hot before eating. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 1. Remove card sleeve and pierce film lid several times.
2. Pop in the microwave
Cook for 4 1/2 mins (800W) or 4 mins (900W)
3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes then open carefully to avoid hot steam
4. Jazz me up optional extras to try:
Toasted cashews...
...or a twist of lime
Or slice red chillies for some heat; Oven cook - From Chilled. 1. Remove card sleeve and pierce film lid several times.
2. Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan/ 200°C/Gas mark 6.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20 mins.
3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes then open carefully to avoid hot steam
4. Jazz me up optional extras to try:
