Produced in the famous Pays d' Auge region in the heart of Normandy, Boulard's Grand Solage provides the perfect harmony between the product of nature and the artisanal labor of the distiller. Respecting the family's traditions in producing Calvados since 1825, we blend different apple varieties to produce the cider, which is then double-distilled over an open flame.* It is then aged in the casks, yielding a Calvados with depth and richness that is sought-after by connoisseurs.
