For the past 30 years the Alejandro brothers have been curing some of Spain's finest chorizos.
Embutidos Alejandro work in partnership with pig farmers in La Rioja. They specify breed, conditions and feed. The result is top class pork for their chorizos. A chorizo is also defined by the quality of its pimentón (Spanish smoked paprika). Embutidos Alejandro use the best.
