Recipes
Rye & Dry: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, and 50ml of Bulleit, top with a high quality dry ginger beer & ganish with a lime wedge Bulleit Rye Sazerac Bulleit Rye - 2 parts Sugar syrup - 1 bar spoon Absinthe - rinse Peychaud's Bitters - 2 dashes Lemon peel Glass: tumbler. Rinse tumbler with absinthe and then chill with ice. Add orange bitters, sweet vermouth, simple syrup and Bulleit Rye to mixing glass along with ice. Stir for at least 45 seconds. Discard ice from tumbler and strain liquid from mixing glass into it. Zest an orange peel over the glass and then add the peel to the drink as a garnish.
