Preparation and Usage
Brewing Espresso 14-16g of coffee for 28-32ml of espresso (dependent on your machine). Extract for 22-27 seconds.
Cafetière Use one heaped dessert spoon of coffee per cup. Add hot water (just off the boil), stir, leave for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
