Preparation and Usage
Preparation & Cooking Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Preheat a suitably sized pan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 tsp of oil. Add burger to the pan and place a suitably sized piece of baking paper on top of the burger, then flatten ("smash") with a burger press or metal spatula, nice and thin. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over for a further 2-3 minutes. Ensure the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Do not exceed use by date. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
