Quick Banoffee Pie
Prep time: 20 mins
Chill time: 30 mins
Tin: 20cm loose-bottomed cake tin
250g digestive biscuits, crushed
100g butter, melted
397g can Carnation Caramel
4 small bananas
300ml carton whipping cream, whipped
Grated chocolate, to decorate
1. Put the crushed biscuit into a bowl with the melted butter. Mix it together thoroughly, then press the mixture into the base and sides of the tin. Chill for 30 minutes.
2. Spread the caramel over the base. Just spread it out with a spoon or spatula - there's no need to beat.
3. Slice the bananas and scatter them over the top, then put the cream on top and decorate with grated chocolate. Chill until ready to serve.
