Recipes
Here are a couple of our recipes to inspire you.
Rhubarb & Vanilla Float Pour equal parts of apple & rhubarb juice and soda water into a glass and top with one or two scoops of quality vanilla ice cream. Serve with straws.
Rhubarb & berry compote Take some raspberries, strawberries & redcurrants. Poach for a few mins in a 1/4 of their weight with apple & rhubarb to bring out their sweetness. Serve warm or cold, on its own, with muesli or yoghurt for breakfast or as a dessert with fresh cream.
