Pretty petal pink colour with shiny undertones. This 2018 vintage instantly reminds of Provence with its beautiful aromas of fresh fruit and spring flowers. History

Château Miraval, located in Provence, has a rich history dating back to Roman times. The estate gained global attention in 2012 when it became part of a partnership with the Perrin Family and Brad Pitt. Under this ownership, Miraval rose to fame for its exceptional rosé, blending tradition with modern innovation, and achieving international acclaim. It remains a symbol of elegance and quality in Provence.

Regional Information

Château Miraval is located near the village of Correns, just north of Brignoles, in the heart of Provence. The vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils at an average altitude of 350 meters. With a cool climate for the region, the estate experiences significant temperature swings between day and night, which helps preserve the freshness and aromatic complexity of the grapes. The vineyards are partially terraced, optimizing drainage and sun exposure for premium grape cultivation.

Vinification Details

Miraval Provence Rosé is made from grapes picked early in the morning to preserve freshness. After being carefully sorted, the grapes are gently pressed, with Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle undergoing direct pressing, while Syrah is partly vinified using the "saignée" method, which adds depth. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (95%) and a small portion in barrels (5%) for added complexity, with regular stirring (batonnage) to enhance texture
