Our Promise Cohens bakery is a family run kosher bakery which has been established for over 10 years. We produce a selection of naturally delicious breads, cakes, biscuits and pastries for our customers to enjoy daily. All our bread is hand baked by artisan bakers, who work round the clock to produce freshly baked bread day to day. We believe it is possible to produce healthy and enjoyable bread which is why you won't find any preservatives or E numbers in our recipes!
