1 sachet of Colman's Tuna and Pasta Mix
225g (8oz) pasta
425ml (3/4 pint) semi skimmed milk
200g (7oz) tinned tuna, drained
115g (4oz) canned sweetcorn
Crushed potato crisps and grated cheese
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the pasta according to the given directions
2. Tip sachet contents into a saucepan.
3. Add a splash of milk and mix well, stir in remaining milk
4. Bring sauce to the boil, stirring continuously. Add tuna, sweetcorn and drained, cooked pasta
5. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring continuously
6. Pour into a heatproof dish. Top with crushed potato crisps and cheese. Place under a hot grill until golden.
7. Once piping hot serve with crusty bread and salad
TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Seafood Pasta Bake
Replace the can of sweetcorn with 400g can chopped tomatoes. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree and 100g of cooked prawns. Prepare as directed.

Step 1: saucepan Cook the pasta following the directions on the packet.
Step 2: saucepan Tip the contents of the sachet into a saucepan, add a splash of milk and mix well, then stir in remaining milk.
Step 3: saucepan Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Add the tuna, sweetcorn and cooked pasta, simmer for 1 minute stirring continuously.
Step 4: casserole dish Pour into an ovenproof dish. Top with crisps and cheese and place under a hot grill until golden. Enjoy with a mixed salad.

80g cheese, grated

Directions:
Cook It
1. Cook the pasta as per pack instructions. Meanwhile mix the Colman's seasoning and milk in a pan.
Simmer It
2. Bring the mix to the boil, stirring. Add tuna, sweetcorn and the cooked pasta and simmer for 1 min.
Bake It
3. Spoon into an ovenproof dish. Top with cheese and place under the grill until golden.
