Preparation and Usage
Oven cook, from frozen Fan 170°C , Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5. 45 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven. Allow to sit for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot.
Microwave, from frozen 850W 7 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 6 mins
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. Allow to sit for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Ensure the food is piping hot.
