Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins
Preheat oven and oven tray.
Remove all packaging and decant the vegetables onto a preheated oven tray. Coat the vegetables in 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil. Place tray in the centre of oven for 30 mins.
Season to taste and serve.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 mins
Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry over a medium heat for 8-10 mins stirring frequently. Season to taste and serve.
Guide for one pack only.

Serving
A fully-rounded meal in a flash. Toss in a tray with meat, chicken, fish or something veggie and bake. Add your sauce for the final ten minutes and you've got a really easy, really tasty meal.
