Shallow Fry - From Frozen. This product is raw and must be cooked. 7-8 mins Preheat the pan on a high heat. Add 1-2 tbsp of oil. Add mushrooms and fry, stirring frequently. Alternatively, simply add from frozen to your soup, stew, casserole, or pasta sauce and cook thoroughly. Season to taste. Do not reheat.
