You Will Need 2 tbsp vegetable oil 150g (1 packet) Panko Breadcrumbs 4 chicken breasts 50g plain flour 2 eggs, beaten
Method 1. Flatten chicken breasts to approx 1cm thick. 2. Coat chicken with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. 3. Heat oil in a medium sized frying pan on a medium heat. 4. Fry the coated chicken for 5 mins on each side, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
