Hob - From Ambient. Instruction for Use: Combine 1 part of bulgur wheat and 2 part of water with any flavouring such as stock. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes or until the water has been absorbed. Before serving plump the grains with a fork.
