Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Ready in 5 minutes: pour into a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Alternatively pour into a microwavable bowl and cover. Heat on full power (800w) for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Appliances may vary. Not suitable for cooking in the pouch.
