Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. For perfectly cooked chicken, our head chef recommends roasting: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan/Gas mk 4). Rub with oil and season. Place breasts in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.
Preparation and Usage
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw chicken.
