Our organic corn flakes are made from toasted kernels of maize, which are then milled to form our golden corn flakes. These corn flakes are best served with ice cold organic cow's milk, goat's milk or a dairy free alternative such as oat milk. Add your favourite fresh berries for a twist on this breakfast classic.
Organic food is full of real flavour, we don't need to add anything artificial. We never use growth promoters or hormones; healthy animals don't need them. We feed the soil with traditional crop rotation and natural fertilisers from our kitchen compost and manure instead of harmful pesticides and herbicides.
Over thirty-five years ago, we began to turn our farmland over to sustainable, organic farming, first in Staffordshire and then in the Cotswolds. What began as a simple passion for real food and a desire to feed our children better has grown into Daylesford as we know it today, one of the most sustainable organic farms in the UK.
