Our take on his hearty, traditional Italian soup combines eight seasonal vegetables with satisfying pasta and cannellini beans in a rich tomato and herb broth. Ladle into deep bowls, sprinkle with parmesan cheese (or your preferred plant-based alternative) and serve with focaccia or your favourite crusty bread.
Our organic meals, soups and broths are made by hand on our farm, using fresh produce and slow cooking to bring out the natural flavours and keep the goodness in.
