To make your Instant Overnight Oats, simply pour the oat mix into a bowl, cover with cold milk, stir, then leave to sit for two minutes. To make them extra creamy, stir in a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt too.

Serving suggestion
We use 45g of Instant Overnight Oats to 75 ml of any milk.
