Continuing a tradition of innovation and quality, the Douglas Green winemaking team is dedicated to producing Cape Wine at its best by managing and controlling the process from the vineyard to the bottle to retain true varietal fruit flavours.
The 2010 vintage was awarded Great Value White Wine under £7 at the International Wine Challenge 2011.
Regional Information
The wine is made from fruit grown on the sunny slopes of the Western Cape mountains and is unwooded to maintain the unique natural flavours.

Vinification Details
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C until dry. The wine was aged on yeast lees for about 6 months prior to blending and bottling to give a creamy complexity to the pure fruit flavours.
