Cooking Instructions - General. WARNING: Chocolate may become very hot! Take care with chocolate after heating.; Hob - From Chilled/Ambient. Melt in a dry, heat-proof bowl over a pan of hot water until smooth.
Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate and avoid over heating.; Microwave - From Chilled/Ambient. (Based on 850W microwave).
Microwave on medium setting (50% power) for 1 minute, then stir well.
Heat in bursts of 10 seconds (50% power) until melted and smooth.
Preparation and Usage
Get baking! - Delicious baked into cookies, muffins, and brownies, simply stir into the mix before baking.
Did You Know You can quickly and easily melt Chocolate Chips by placing the bag in a jug of hot water until melted. Cut the corner of the bag to pour out or make a smaller hole to use as a drizzle.
