You Will Need:
1 Packet of American Style Pancake Mix
300ml Milk
Method
Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
Heat a small amount of butter/oil in a large, circular frying pan, over a medium heat.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoon of batter into the pan per pancake - each pancake should be about 8cm wide and 1cm deep. Make sure the pancakes aren't too close together as they will spread during cooking.
Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to appear, using a spatula flip the pancakes over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
