Recipes

Recipe for Dhania - Jeera Potatoes
Dice 2lbs of potatoes and boil until three quarters cooked. Fry one medium size finely chopped onion until brown, add one teaspoon of East End ginger powder, one teaspoon of East End garlic powder and two finely chopped green chillies. Add 15oz can of East End peeled tomatoes, add one teaspoon of East End coriander powder and one teaspoon of East End cumin powder, one teaspoon of East End turmeric powder and salt to taste. Cook mixture for fifteen minutes, add pre-cooked potatoes and stir fry on a high heat for ten minutes. Garnish with shopped green coriander leaves. Serve with chapatti or use as a side dish.
