Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium - hot grill for 10-12 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 5 for 20-22 mins. Turning half way.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan, Fry on a medium - low heat for 12 mins, turning regularly.
