Keep Refrigerated; Cannot be Microwaved; Suitable for Home Freezing


Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly
