Keep Refrigerated; Cannot be Microwaved; Suitable for Home Freezing

Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium grill for 16-18 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas 5 for 22-24 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.

Keep refrigerated below 4ºC, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality, freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
