History
The brand dates to the mid 1980s, a true pioneer of alcohol free wines in the UK. At Schloss Wachenheim, our company was founded in 1888 and we have grown today to become a major European producer of Sparkling wines and de-alcoholised wine. Our vacuum still was especially created in 2008 in collaboration with a top engineering university of Germany.

Eisberg Alcohol Free Wine takes a finished full strength wine and uses vacuum distillation to reduce the alcohol to 0.0%. Our state of the art equipment ensures a smooth and gentle de-alcoholization while preserving the character of the wine. Grape must is added after de-alcoholization to ensure balance in the final wine.
