Epic grilled s'mores... Create the legend!! Grilled on the fire-pit, Dipped in melted choc, or Baked in mom's Banoffee Mallow Cake (sorry top secret recipe). But always in demand at the Epicentre are our legendary Epic Grilled S'mores...
A hot-fusion of melted choc... ...and gooey marshmallow
You will need Bag of Giant Toastin' Marshmallows (1 x mallow per S'more) Jar of chocolate spread (lots per S'more) Pack of choc-chip cookies (2 x per S'more) Grill/Oven/Warm BBQ
Method 1 Cover the underside of each cookie in choc spread (we love it thick), place a Giant Toastin' Marshmallow flat side down on every second cookie used. 2 Place all the choc-covered and mallow-loaded cookies on a baking sheet, sliding under the hot grill until the marshmallow begins to lightly brown and the choc spread melts.* 3 Remove from the grill and sandwich a choc-only cookie on top of a mallow-loaded cookie. Squidge down and serve immediately. Epic!! *Or if you've just had that BBQ burning, then skewer a mallow and roast it gently over the remaining warm heat until it goes gooey. Carefully place between your choc loaded cookies and chomp down!
