Full Product Name: Natural Low Fat Greek Recipe Strained Yoghurt
Storage: Keep Refrigerated / Do Not Freeze / Use By: See Lid Once Opened Consume within 5 Days
Method: Blend 250g strawberries with sugar until smooth and pour into a small saucepan. Soak gelatine according to pack instructions. Heat the strawberries until just hot, remove from heat and stir in the gelatine until dissolved. Add cordial and cool for 10 mins. Whisk egg whites to soft peaks. In a separate bowl whisk cream until thick. Add Fage Total and strawberries and mix well. Fold in egg whites. Pour into glasses and chill for 2 hours. Top with remaining strawberries and serve.
