Oven cook - From Chilled. Super easy to cook... Remove all packaging before cooking. 1. Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C 2. Loosely wrap in an oiled, foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. 3. Cook for 25-27 minutes then serve. Careful when opening as parcel will be hot. The natural size of fish and cooking appliances may vary - this is a guide only. Ensure piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
