The Bourgogne Pinot Noir has purple shades. Year after year, it becomes from ruby to oranged red. At the nose, red fruit flavours (cherry, blackberry, raspberry, blackcurrant) are combined with spicy notes. On the palate, tempered tannins express themselves and a nice suppleness persists.

Francois Martenot which is located in the heart of the Burgundy region exists since the 19th century, and was famous under the name of Clos de Vougeot, property of Leonce Bocquet. The most charismatic member of the family served for Napoleon.
