Instructions

Boil - From Ambient. Per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.

Preparation and Usage

You can't beat rustling up a quick pasta dish: for a simple dinner just add olive oil, minced garlic and chopped parsley or, with more time, add seasonal ingredients, grated cheese or a homemade sauce.
