We bake our loaves daily by hand with natural ingredients, and though we’re always innovating, our baking is based on time-honoured techniques and our decades-old starters.

Our first GAIL’s bakery opened in London’s Hampstead High Street in 2005. And now we’re bringing our neighbourhood bakery even closer to you, making good bread more widely available to our community.
Though we’ve grown over the years, our philosophy has remained the same: to make good food that people love, and create bakeries that people want to keep coming back to.
