Preparation and Usage
Cooking instructions Use 250g of Bulgur Wheat for every 250ml of water for two servings Bring 250 ml of salted water to the boil and pour in the bulgur wheat. Cook over a low heat for about 6 minutes, stirring often. Add a knob of butter and cook over a very low heat for 5 minutes stirring often. After the cooking time leave to rest for 5 minutes. The product is ready to be seasoned and served.
