These hand selected Jersey Royal 'Pearl' Potatoes have been carefully grown, using all the traditional Jersey farming methods employed since 1880. The unique Jersey soils are treated with Vraic (Seaweed) and early crops are grown on the Jersey Côtils (Steep Slopes). Each potato is then hand planted, hand lifted and packed fresh on the Island to guarantee the unique and distinctive nutty flavour the Jersey Royal Potato is famous for.

Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Place potatoes in a pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes until tender. Once cooked, drain immediately and stand for two minutes before serving.; Microwave - From Ambient. Place in a microwavable dish with two tablespoons of water. Cover loosely and cook on full power for 8-9 minutes (650w); 7-8 minutes (750w); 6-7 minutes (850w). Check to make sure the potatoes are tender. Stand for two minutes before serving.; Steam - From Ambient. Place in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Steam for approximately 15-20 minutes until tender. Once cooked stand for two minutes before serving.
