Store in a fresh, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. For best before, see base of pack.

Usage:
2-3 Servings

Recipe
Aromatic & bold birria
Preparation
Cut chicken into bite-size chunks, finely dice 1 medium onion, and finely chop 30 g of coriander.

Cooking instructions
1. Heat up a pan over high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil. When hot, add chicken, stir and fry for 3 mins. Add the spice blend, cook for 2 more mins and stir to release the aromatics.
2. Add the smaller base flavour sachet and cook for a further 2-3 mins.
3. Stir in the larger main sauce sachet, reduce the heat and cover with a lid for 7 mins to finish the sauce.

To serve:
Serve with warm Gran Luchito soft taco wraps, top with coriander and onion garnish and a squeeze of lime.

To make indulgent Quesabirria Tacos, use bite-sized chunks of steak and follow the steps above. Then warm up Soft Taco Wraps in a pan, add a handful of grated cheddar and a spoonful of the Steak Birria, fold and allow the cheese to melt.
