Cheesy Bean Nachos After heating the beans, serve in a bowl and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, sliced avocado and chopped coriander on top. Make it a meal by adding chunks of fried chorizo. Frijoles Heat the beans and place in a food processor and blend with 1tsp Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste until smooth. Put in a bowl and top with sour cream and coriander. Serve with Gran Luchito Tortilla Chips or try in quesadillas, burritos or layered on nachos and tacos for a flavourful layer.
